FACTS:
HAPPYNESS!! MENTAL HEALTH
Exercise triggers the release of a brain chemical called serotonin, which boosts your mood, and reduces feelings of anxiety and depression. EXERCISE INCREASES HAPPYNESS LEVELS!
There is a large body of evidence to suggest that regular, moderate exercise increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the immune system, helping to prevent infection.
PREVENT INFECTION
For example, one study found that people who walked for at least 30 minutes a day, took half as many days sick, as a result of colds, or sore throats, compared with those who did not exercise regularly
Osteoporosis
Regular exercise stimulates cells that strengthen your bones, reducing your chances of getting osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition that affects the bones, causing them to become thin and weak.
Heart disease and stroke
Your heart is a muscle and, like any muscle, the more you use it, the more efficient it becomes. Regular exercise will strengthen your heart and it will also help to prevent many of the contributory factors that can cause heart disease, such as high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol levels, and obesity.
Cancer
Research has shown the regular exercise reduces the chances of you developing colon cancer by 50%. There is also evidence that women who exercise regularly have a lower chance of developing breast cancer.
ALSO TRY YOUR BEST NOT TO RUN ON CONCRETE! IF YOU RUN ON IT ALL THE TIME YOU ARE LIKELY TO DEVELOP SHIN SPLITS OR KNEE PROBLEMS!!
& we don't want that!

2 hours 41 minutes left!! When Alexander McQueen was airing Platos Atlantis live I was constantly refreshing the page, now I am sitting impatiently again...waiting and sitting..sitting and waiting...same crap..different day!
JIMMY CHOO FOR H&M- some very yummy shoes! maybe I will do a post up of my favourites at a later date if i'm feeling mo lui (nothing better to do lol) ^O^
I CAN NEVER GET ENOUGH OF ANN DEMEULEMEESTER, CHANEL, GIVENCHY, PRADA, BALENCIAGA, CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN, JIMMY CHOO, ALEXANDER WANG...SHOES!
When I first saw this Laurence Dacade shoe I was staring (and drooling) at it forever.. O______O " now it is featured on voguedotcom as THE SHOE. So prettyful!
